Holidays and Traditions:

I absolutely love the holidays! I love spending time with my family and I love watching their faces light up as someone gives them a gift, a compliment, extra special sense of love! Its my favorite time of year! There is nothing greater than walking into Thanksgiving and Christmas and being greeted by 43 family members! Yes that is not a typo.  We still get together grandparents, aunts, uncles, cousins, siblings, nieces, nephews… we have a great family, they are totally loud, absolutely crazy and I love them and every minute I get to spend with them!

Our Thanksgiving Tradition is that we all get around in a circle and hold hands and each family member gives their testimony of thanks! We laugh and we cry and we feel an overwhelming sense of Gods Faith, Grace and Blessings! Its wonderful!

Christmas I guess we really don’t have any tradition per say. We all eat and visit and gather around the Christmas tree and open gifts. It is something I look forward to every year.

What are your family traditions?

Faith, Grace & Blessings,

Angie

The Manns Family

Hi Everyone,

We are so glad that you have joined us.  I am so excited to move my blog to wordpress.com and to begin again. Sometimes you need something new and something fresh to get you going again.  A little about me, I am 38 years old.  I have been married to the amazingly handsome man in the picture above for 9 years. We have 2 boys, Hunter is 5, and Gavin is 2, (almost 3).  It was quite the journey becoming parents and we will probably share about that later.  I believe that life with God is an amazing journey and that all that we go through can bring us closer to God.  If we choose to have Faith and lean on His Grace, His blessings will come.  The Lord promises us many things throughout the bible, but we have a part to do also.  I believe that is the journey we are all called to, becoming the best us that God created us to be. And by sharing that journey and lessons learned we inspire, encourage, and strengthen others along their journey with God. We haven’t arrived, but we have learned and are learning and strive to learn even more in God. I desire to be the wife, mother and woman of God that He truly intended me to be.

Thank you for coming along on this journey.  We will not only be talking about Spiritual matters, but matters of the home, parenting, finances, creativity, and many more things as God brings us to them. Again thank you for hanging out with us and we hope you enjoy!

God Bless,

Angie Manns
