Here I will be posting fitness work outs that work for me, keeping track of my progress and noting what works and doesn’t work for me.. i’m looking for your input let me know what works for you and lets encourage each other!
My weight at this time is 164.4 ( gained a little back after surgery). My goal is to be down to 115 by September 2014. Yep that’s 49.4 pounds to lose in 10 months. That’s where I am today. I will keep you posted on the victory and struggle of creating new habits and reaching my goals.
