Exercise, Exercise! On my way to the fit me!

Here I will be posting fitness work outs that work for me, keeping track of my progress and noting what works and doesn’t work for me.. i’m looking for your input let me know what works for you and lets encourage each other!

 

My weight at this time is 164.4 ( gained a little back after surgery). My goal is to be down to 115 by September 2014. Yep that’s 49.4 pounds to lose in 10 months.  That’s where I am today. I will keep you posted on the victory and struggle of creating new habits and reaching my goals.

    Monday was my day for Curves. I had my first training workout. I have to say, I truly enjoyed it! Demotte Indiana is the place to be for Curves. The ladies were amazingly sweet and helpful. They have a great Christian program going on there. So encouraging and fun! I have 2 more training sessions and then I will be on my own. The goal is to workout at Curves 3 days a week, and cardio at home 3 days a week. Rest on Sunday. Today I was getting up at 5 am to start my workout. Well that plan failed when my youngest woke me up at 4:30 so I still have to fit my workout for today in..lol looking like that will have to be added during his nap time.
